A destination wedding site inspection is an opportunity to visit potential wedding resorts in person, tour their wedding venues, explore the property, and get a feel for the overall guest experience. You’ll have the chance to see the ceremony locations, envision your cocktail hour, explore reception spaces, and experience the resort atmosphere for yourself. After all, photos can make almost any resort look beautiful. But experiencing a property firsthand can help you answer the questions that really matter. Does the resort feel like you? Can you picture your friends and family celebrating there? Is the wedding venue everything you’ve imagined? And most importantly, does it feel like the place where you want to begin your next chapter?

We created this package for couples who want a little extra confidence before committing to their destination wedding resort. With our new Go So You Know Package, we’ll help you coordinate a trip to your preferred destination, where you can visit up to four resort properties and explore their wedding possibilities. And the best part? You don’t have to spend hours trying to coordinate resort appointments, flights, accommodations, and transportation on your own.

We’ll take care of organizing the details so you can focus on finding the place that feels right.

Our Site Inspection Package includes:

• Up to four resort site inspections: Visit four potential wedding properties during one destination trip.
• Resort appointment scheduling: We’ll coordinate your inspections with the resort teams.
• Flight arrangements: We’ll assist with booking your flights to and from your destination.
• Resort accommodations: We’ll coordinate your hotel stays for your visit.
• Transportation arrangements: From airport transfers to transportation between resorts, we’ll help coordinate your travel logistics.
• Personalized itinerary: You’ll receive an organized schedule so you know where you need to be and when.
• Temporary Trello planning board access: Stay organized with your itinerary, resort information, and planning details in one convenient location until you return from your trip.

Want to see more than four properties? No problem! Additional resort inspections can be coordinated for $100 per additional property, subject to availability.

How Much Does the Site Inspection Package Cost?

We believe couples should have the opportunity to explore their options with professional guidance, without having to commit to a full wedding planning package first. That’s why we’ve created two pricing options.

Standard Site Inspection Package: $750

Perfect for couples who are still exploring their wedding options and want professional assistance coordinating their resort visits and travel arrangements.

Existing DWE Room Block Management or Shine Clients: $250

Already working with us through our Room Block Management or Shine Package? You’ll receive special pricing on this additional service.

Additional Resort Inspections: $100 per property

Please note that package fees cover our professional coordination services. Airfare, accommodations, transportation costs, resort day passes, and any site inspection fees charged by the resorts are additional. We recommend beginning the process early, as site inspection trips must be scheduled at least six weeks after hiring our team.

Should you decide to plan another site inspection trip, our team can assist through a new Site Inspection Package.
